Deepika S brings over 13 years of experience in the IT industry to her role as
Founder and Co-CEO of Z-Smart Academy. With a strong academic foundation in
engineering (BE) and business administration (MBA), she blends technical expertise
with strategic vision to drive the academy’s growth.
At Z-Smart Academy, Deepika leads operations and marketing, ensuring that the academy’s offerings remain both innovative and learner-centric. Her strength in business development has been pivotal in building meaningful partnerships and expanding the academy’s reach.
Deepika’s passion for education is grounded in her Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training, which gives her a deep understanding of how young minds learn and thrive. Her personal mission is: “To make quality education available to all learners— regardless of background—by combining innovation, empathy, and real-world relevance.”
About the Founder: Brinda M S
Founder & Co-CEO, Z-Smart Academy
Brinda M S brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and classroom experience to
the world of EdTech. With over a decade in the IT industry, along with hands-on
roles as a schoolteacher and freelance trainer, she understands both the
technological and pedagogical aspects of modern education.
Holding a B.Tech degree and a Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training, Brinda is passionate about making education accessible, inclusive, and personalized. At Z-Smart Academy, she leads content development and operations, ensuring that every offering is designed to support different learning styles.
