Terms of Service Agreement
Z-Smart Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, enrolling, or using any service provided by Z-Smart Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including online classes, offline classes, website, mobile application, worksheets, digital products, or programs, you agree to be legally bound by this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Z-Smart Academy provides, but is not limited to:

• Academic tuitions (K-12)
• Language and communication programs
• Skill development and life-skills programs
• Parent training programs
• Worksheets, PDFs, learning binders
• Digital courses, videos, podcasts, and assessments
• Workshops and special programs

Services are offered online for now.

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Users below 18 years of age must enrol through a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring the student’s participation and conduct. By enrolling a minor, the parent/guardian accepts this Agreement on their behalf.

4. Registration & Account Responsibility

Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any activity conducted through the registered account is the responsibility of the user.

5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed classes due to student absence will not be compensated. Z-Smart Academy reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

6. Class Attendance & User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually
• Maintain respectful behaviour toward faculty and peers
• Not disrupt learning sessions
• Not misuse chat, recordings, or platforms

Z-Smart Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct without refund.

7. Online Classes & Technical Requirements

Users must ensure a stable internet connection and suitable device. Z-Smart Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

• Internet failure
• Power outages
• Device issues

Recorded sessions, if provided, are for personal use only.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Z-Smart Academy, including but not limited to:

• Worksheets
• PDFs
• Videos
• Audio content
• Course materials
• Assessments
• Branding and logos

are the exclusive intellectual property of Z-Smart Academy. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share content without written permission.

9. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital materials are licensed for single-user use only. Sharing with third parties, schools, tuition centers, or online platforms is strictly prohibited. No refunds are applicable for downloadable or digital products.

10. Academic Disclaimer

Z-Smart Academy provides educational guidance and support. We do not guarantee academic results, grades, ranks, or outcomes. Student success depends on individual effort, consistency, and practice.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected only for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Payment details are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. All reasonable measures are taken to protect user data.
